Visual scanning

Master Anil pins each student's video and scans alignment head-to-toe within the first breath of every pose.

Verbal cueing

Corrections are called by name — e.g. 'Linh, drop your right shoulder 2cm and press the ball of the big toe down.'

Breath pacing

Breath is used as the primary correction tool — a wobble usually resolves the moment inhale-exhale ratio is fixed.

Micro-progressions
